1. From Dataran, drive towards Jalan Parlimen heading to Royal Lake Club.
2. At the traffic light on Jalan Parlimen(in front TUGU), turn LEFT.
3. Then turn RIGHT immediately. Follow direction to Royal Lake Club.
4. Drive straight pass RLC towards the end of the road (Carpark).
5. Look for the hare's car (with footprint paper) and park.

1. If you take the NKVE & coming from Klang/Subang then exit at the Damansara Exit no 106 pay toll & continue straight passing Sg Ara on the left, and Eastin Hotel on the right. After Eastin Hotel once on the Flyover keep left most and exit towards Bukit Kiara/Mont Kiara. U will pass Intan on right and Royal Selangor Club Bkt Kiara (RSC Kiara) on the left.
2. Trip meter to Zero in front of RSC Kiara Club.
3. at 0.5 pass Equestrian Club on left
4. at 0.6 pass Blue Dome on right – Aspiring Angkasawans can stop here ie Pusat Sains Negara
5. Do not go up Flyover ahead, keep left & take Exit 2303
6. at 2.2 KM at traffic lights turn left to Mont Kiara/Desa Sri Hartamas/Segambut Dalam.
7. at 2.4 KM pass Sri Devi's restaurant on right
8. at 2.9 KM turn left at Jalan Desa Kiara which is right below the Pencala Link, drive straight into Kiaramas.
9. Runsite at ~ 3.3 km – Look out for KH4 Run Site sign

1. Pass 1 Utama and take the road to Pencala Link (E23)
2. Take exit 1101A where road sign shows KL/Segambut/Mont Kiara/Sri Hartamas
3. Go through Pancala Link Tunnel
   
4. Pay toll RM2 (keep the receipt to claim later from Earlybird) i.e. go thru Plaza Toll Bukit Kiara
5. Keep left after toll & look out for Exit 2302 lea ding to Pusat Sains Negara/Mont Kiara
6. Then keep right & take Exit 2302A & follow sign to Pusat Sains Negara
7. Road curves to right going towards Hartamas etc
8. Pass Fitness First on right – Don't need to stop here, hashing is good enough exercise
9. SLOW DOWN - DO NOT go up the Flyover
10. Keep left most and at traffic lights turn right & follow no 6 above

1. Get on the Sprint/LDP. Take Toll Plaza A. Pay RM1.00 toll, head towards Taman Tun Dr. Ismail.
2. Pass 1 Utama, Ikea, Tesco (on your left) and keep straight towards Kepong and pay RM1.00 at toll plaza.
3. Set trip meter to 0.00km and go straight (Bandar Sri Damansara is on your left).
4. At 1.7km, a Caltex petrol station is on the left hand side (follow RSC signs). Keep left and follow signage to Taman Bukit Maluri/Menjalara (don’t go over flyover). Take U-turn to Taman Bukit Maluri/Menjalara.
5. At 2.8km turn left, head towards roundabout, take quarter turn (9 o’clock) into Jalan 1/62.
6. At 4km, turn right into 1/62A and go straight (big mosque on your left). You will pass through Mobil, Shell & Petronas on your left. At T-junction (4.7km) turn right and go to the end of the road and park (4.9km).

1. From Jalan Kuching, heads towards Jalan Kepong.
2. Keep straight, pass through eight (8) sets of traffic lights (you will pass through Jusco and Kompleks Desa on your left).
3. Turn left into Bandar Manjalara/Taman Bukit Maluri. Follow RSC signs.
   

• From PJ / KL, take the SILK Highway heading for Semenyih
• Pay toll at Taman Connaught, Ulu Langat and Sg. Long
• Continue on the Highway avoiding the turn to Kajang on the left
• Go past the turn to Saujana Impiana Golf Course on the left and go straight on to meet the old Kajang-Semenyih Road
• At the junction, turn right towards Kajang
• About 1km from this junction, turn left after Billion Supermarket and follow Hash signs for about 2kms to run-site
• Park beside a fields near factories

• Take Jln Kuching out of KL heading towards Rawang. When passing the Jln Duta / Jln Kuching roundabout set the trip meter at zero. Continue straight on Jln Kuching / Old Rawang Road and pass the turn-off for Templer Park.
• At approx 17 km you will pass a construction site and then large trees on the left. Then you will see a brown sign to the left stating “ Taman Rimba Komenwel” and IMMEDIATELY you turn left (signposted HHH). The turn-off is at approx 18 km.
• Drive briefly parallel to main road and then turn left (signposted HHH) onto the small bridge with entrance to park.
• Cross the right bridge and continue along paved (narrow) road until the far end (approx 1 km) and turn into parking site (signposted HHH).

1. Get on the NKVE going towards Klang.
2. Take Exit 103 - signposted Bkt. Jetulong; Shah Alam.
3. Trip Meter at Toll Gate.
4. Go straight beneath elevated highway and stay left for Bkt. Jelutong, K. Selangor, Ipoh
5. Follow signboards to K. Selangor, Sg. Buloh, Kg. Subuang (forget about Bkt. Jetulong)
6. 3.0 kms. Turn right at red light.
7. 3.1 kms. Turn left at red light.
8. 4.4 kms. Pass turn-off for Meru runsite which is signposted Batu Arang.
9. 5.6 kms. Pass straight through famous Monterez Intersection.
10. 6.7 kms. Pass Shell petrol station on your right.
11. 7.1 kms. Pass old turn-off (now closed) for Taman Bukit Subang. Signboard is still up but may be missing by the date of the run.
12. 7.6 kms. Take a left on sweeping new road which is signposted Tmn. Bukit Subang. Hash sign is at this critical turn-off. You will see the Johawaki building in front and to the right. Once you make this turn you cannot go anywhere but to the runsite.
13. 8.2 kms. Go straight at red light.
14. 8.3 kms. Go straight at red light.
15. 8.9 kms. Follow road to the left which is now the same old road we have always used to reach Bukit Subang runsite.
16. 10.4 kms. You are at the runsite.

• You must know how to get to Ikea/Ikano/Tesco/The Curve in Mutiara Damansara.
• You would turn off the LDP Highway into Jalan Persiaran Surian (the main road in front of Ikea. Ikea/Ikano/Tesco should now appear on your right side.
• Take the tunnel and head on straight on Jalan Persiaran Surian.
• Just keep going straight on every traffic light - you should pass underneath the NKVE.
• You will then come to a T-junction were your options are only left and right.
• Turn left (the road name is Persiaran Mahogani).
• Head on straight for 2-3km and the run site will be on your right.

• Take Jalan Kuching and head north
• After you pass the Selayang Wholesale Market (which should be on your right!), look out for an overhead bypass junction with signs reading "Kepong" and "Selayang Hospital"
• Exit into this bypass which will go up a ramp and you will come to a set of traffic lights
• Turn left toward Kepong
• About half a km down, you will pass the Selayang Hospital on your right
• Another half km and you will come to a set of traffic lights
• Turn right here and immediately you will see a Shell Station on your left
• The run site is behind this Shell station so turn left before this Shell station and look out for hash signs

• If you're coming from RSC Kiara via Damansara Heights or RSC Dataran, you'll be in the wrong direction on the Duta Highway - you will need to take a U-turn on the Duta Highway near Sri Hartamas.
• Once you are on the correct side, the exit the Duta Highway where the sign says "Taman Duta".
• You will then see the High Commission of India on your left.
• Turn left here (it will be into Jalan Taman Duta. Go for about 100 metres when the road will fork. Take the right fork (it will be into Jln Tengku Ampuan) and proceed for about another 100 metres and then turn right into Jalan Gallaghar.
• Proceed for another 100 metres and you will see Seri Duta 1 condominium on your left.
• Park your car on the one side only where everyone else has parked please!

• Take Jalan Kelang Lama from Jalan Syed Putra.
• Pass Mid Valley on right.
• Turn into Overseas Union Gdn (Parkson on left).
• Turn right at traffic lights, go straight (pass BHP petrol station, MCA Hall on left).
• Go straight cross flyover to Bkt Jalil.
• From last traffic light drive 1.3 km passing the traffic light and turn right (Tenaga station left) to parking lot.

• Alternative 1, from Puchong drive along Lebuh Raya Bkt Jalil, turn left upon reaching Bt Jalil Park.
• Drive pass Bkt Jalil golf club on right.
• Turn left upon reaching Tenaga Station turn left to car park.

• Alternative 2, From Subang Jaya - use Kesas Highway, keep left for Bkt Jalil.
• Turn right and go straight cross flyover to Bkt Jalil.
• From last traffic light drive 1.3 km passing the traffic light and turn right (Tenaga station left) to parking lot.

• Alternative 3, From KL Seremban Highway - turn left into Lebuh Raya Bkt Jalil.
• Turn right with Shell & Pertonas station on left.
• Drive pass Bkt Jalil golf club on right.
• Turn left upon reaching Tenaga Station turn left to car park.
• Please refer to Gan’s run, parking Bt Jalil park car park run site.

1. Get into the Hartamas/Duta area so that the new courts complex and Matrade Building is on your right.
2. After passing Matrade (on your right) you will come to a t-junction with traffic lights – turn right.
3. Proceed straight all the way until you come to another t-junction with traffic lights – turn left.
4. Menara Duta should be in sight soon after that.

1. From RSC, Dataran: take Jalan Kinabalu & then Jalan Maharajalela (the road that goes between Merdeka Stadium on your left and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall on your right) heading for Cheras.
2. Go pass Phoenix Plaza on your right & Petronas Station on your left; go through the Grand Saga Toll Plaza & keep left to turn left towards PEKAN BATU 9.
3. With Balai Polis Pekan Batu 9 on your right, at the traffic lights turn LEFT to Hulu Langat.
4. Pass a field on your left, Klinik UKM, Hulu Langat on your RIGHT. Then POS Malaysia will be on your left.
5. You will come to the Mosque on your left; at the traffic lights, turn RIGHT into Jalan Sungai Tekali.
6. Go past a bridge & take first turn right into Jalan Sungai SOP.
7. Drive down the road, following signs to Langat Fishing Seafood & Beer Garden; take a left turn & another left turn & you will be at Langat Fishing Seafood & Beer Garden.

1. Take the North-South KL/Seremban highway and exit at the sign saying “The Mines Resort City/Kelab Kumba Kuda”.
2. At the roundabout, take 3 o’clock which will land you into the Besraya Highway.
3. Pay RM1.30 toll.
4. Exit the highway when you see exit 903 for Sri Kembangan.
5. Turn right at the traffic lights.
6. Drive through town heading for Equine Park and Pasar Borong.
7. Be sure to see a sign “NAHRIM” on your right.
8. Go under (a tunnel) the KL/Putrajaya dediated highway and immediately turn left to reach the run site.
9. If you see Jusco, you have gone too far.

1. Proceed toward Kajang using the LDP Highway (this is the one cutting across the Federal Highway near Motorola and Sunway Lagoon).
2. Pay first toll (1.60) at Sunway and again 1.60 at Puchong Selatan.
3. Exit the LDP via exit 1123 for Serdang/Sri Kembangan.
4. Drive through 3 sets of traffic lights. You will pass a Jusco on your left.
5. Make a u-turn at the 3rd traffic light (Don says be careful here!) and immediately turn left into a service road leading to the KL/Putrajaya dedicated highway.
6. You will find a tunnel on your left - go through it to reach the run site. Park only on the left side of the road.

From RSC Bukit Kiara head towards Penchala Link, enter the tunnel and keep in the middle lane heading towards LDP which goes to Sri Damansara, Menjalara & Desa Parkcity. Keep right and go up the ramp and turn right. Do not go straight unless you want to go to Mutiara Damansara/Damansara Perdana. After the toll, keep left all the way until you see a Caltex station (on your left) at which time, keep right and safely make a U-turn at the underpass. After making the U-turn, keep left and take the first left turn. RSC Hash signs should now be visible. On On!

On Sec’s observation: (only if you know your way around the back roads of Segambut & Kepong):

1. From RSC Kiara, drive via Desa Sri Hartamas and then head towards Segambut/Kepong.
2. From RSC Dataran, take the Matrade/new courts complex way to Segambut/Kepong.
3. For those who find the LDP handy, depending on which direction you’re coming from, take the approriate exit - the nearby established housing estates are Bandar Manjalara, Taman Sri Bintang and Taman Sri Sinar.

Attached is the Google Map - the run site is marked with a green “B” balloon. Dont be scared of Google Maps - they’re here to give you an overall indication where you’re going to be running. Go on, click it and make my day. On On!

1. Trip odometer zero at RSC Kiara and head towards Sri Hartamas, following directions to TTDI.
2. At 2.9 Km, turn left following TTDI /Penchala Link and heads towards Bukit Kiara toll plaza .
3. Go through Penchala tunnel . After exiting tunnel, turn first left immediately to TTDI until traffic light (6.3KM), turn right to Kampong Sungei Penchala. Head straight to T junction(in front of mosque)
4. At 6.6 Km (T- junction in front of Mosque) turn right, immediately after road hump at 7.2 Km turn right and go straight up.

This rugby event is a great display of international 10-a-side rugby featuring teams from around the world. The standard is high and it is a great way to spend the weekend in a carnival atmosphere, lots of good rugby, beer and cheer. Run 900 which is designated the Family Day 2008 Run will be in Benta Pahang from Friday Nov 28 to Sunday Nov 30. The damage for this 2-night 3-day run per adult section member is RM340.00 and RM400.00 for an adult guest. For children aged 5-11, it is RM180.00 and RM250.00 for guest children. Full details are in the two flyers below. There is a printing mistake that says ‘Sat - Mon’ - it is actually Friday to Sunday. On On!

This run site was last used by the Zodiac Cancer run. Basically you have to head north on Jalan Kuching until you pass the Selayang Wet Market. Guest fee is RM30.00 as usual. On On!

Run directions: Take Jalan Kuching and head north. After you pass the Selayang Wholesale Market (which should be on your right!), look out for an overhead bypass junction with signs reading “Kepong” and “Selayang Hospital”.
